In the heart of the Tyrolean Alps

Set amidst the Kitzbühel Alps and the Rofangorge lies the family-friendly village of Alpbach. Whether in spring, summer, autumn or winter – the house is ideally situated for hikers, mountain bikers, wellness enthusiasts and active holidaymakers.

In winter, you can carve down 109 kilometres of pistes in the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau. The chalet is located right in the centre, directly next to the family playground.

No, smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the Chalet Waschkuchl. Assehtrays are provided on the balconies.

No. Chalet Waschkuchl is spread across multiple floors and is in places only accessible via stairs. While Chalet Waschkuchl is partly on one level, stairs may need to be used.

Bookings are made directly via the website. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50 % of the total amount is required, to be paid into the specified bank account within 7 days.

  • Usually from 5 nights.
  • In the low season, 3 nights are also possible.
  • During the peak season, the minimum stay is 7 nights.

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: 30.00 % of the total price
  • Up to 7 days before arrival: 70.00 % of the total price
  • Up to the day of arrival (6.00 pm): 90.00 % of the total price
  • Cancellations must be made in writing; travel insurance is recommended.

Yes, well-behaved and groomed dogs are welcome at Chalet Waschkuchl. Beds and upholstered furniture are strictly off-limits to dogs. There is a charge of 50.00 euros per stay/dog (please specify when booking).

The house is located in the village centre, where there is a baker's, supermarket, ski hire shop and several restaurants.

Prices are per day and unit, depending on the number of occupants (up to 5 people). 

The concept is based on self-catering. Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge upon request.
